Terms of use.

Inforis is a Discord bot that posts summaries and highlights of publicly available market news and market-related content into a channel of your choosing. The service is provided free of charge, without any paid tier, account, subscription, or contract.

By inviting Inforis to a Discord server, you represent that you have authority to add bots to that server and that you and your server members will comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Your use of Inforis constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

Every message Inforis posts is general market information compiled from public sources. Nothing Inforis posts constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. Inforis has no knowledge of your personal circumstances and is incapable of giving personalized financial advice.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. You are expected to independently verify any information before acting on it.

Message quality depends on factors outside our control:

• Language-model output. Summaries are produced by automated language models which may misinterpret, omit, hallucinate, misattribute, or mis-rank information.
• Upstream sources. Headlines and data are pulled from third-party news outlets, data providers, and public feeds whose accuracy, completeness, and editorial judgment are entirely their own. Inforis cannot warrant their output.
• Data collection reliability. Scrapers, APIs, and feeds can fail, be rate-limited, change schema without notice, be blocked, or return stale or partial data. Coverage gaps, delays, and missed events are possible and expected.
• Timing. “Within minutes” is a design goal, not a guarantee. Posts may be late, out of order, duplicated, or never delivered.
• Translation. Any translated content (including Chinese translations) is machine-generated and may contain errors.

Always verify with primary sources before acting on anything the bot posts.

The service and all content it posts are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. No advice or information obtained from the bot or from aiah.us/inforis creates any warranty not expressly stated in this agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Inforis, its contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, the bot, its content, or the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and remove the bot from your server.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. Any decision you make — including decisions influenced in any way by content the bot posted, failed to post, or posted late — is your responsibility alone. You agree that the operator of Inforis is not a fiduciary to you and owes you no duty of care with respect to your trading or financial outcomes.

You agree not to: (a) resell, repackage, or redistribute the bot’s output as your own commercial product; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive volumes, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure; (c) use the bot in a manner that violates Discord’s terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party; or (d) represent the bot’s output as personalized financial advice to anyone.

The service may be modified, degraded, paused, or permanently discontinued at any time, without notice. Features (including language options, posting frequency, formats, and sources) may change. The operator may remove the bot from any server, or restrict access, at its sole discretion. There is no service- level commitment of any kind.

Ticker symbols, company names, and brand references are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational identification only. Inforis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, any exchange, any data provider, or any company mentioned in its posts.

This agreement may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept a change, remove the bot from your server.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this agreement or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.
