NEWSRIS · USER AGREEMENT

Terms of use.

Last updated: May 9, 2026

Read this first. Newsris is a flock of free, best-effort informational Discord bots. The bots are not financial advice, not legal advice, not a guaranteed feed, and not a replacement for your own research. By inviting any Newsris bot to a Discord server, or by joining a server where one is running, you accept the terms below in full.

1. The service

Newsris is a set of five Discord bots — Trumpris, Worksris, Visaris, Airis, and Inforis — that post summaries and highlights of publicly available content into Discord channels. The service is provided free of charge, without any paid tier, account, subscription, or contract.

Each bot covers a specific topic. The list, scope, and behavior of any bot may change without notice; bots may be paused, renamed, replaced, or retired at any time.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

By inviting any Newsris bot to a Discord server, you represent that you have authority to add bots to that server and that you and your server members will comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Your use of the bots constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

3. Content is informational only — NOT advice

Every message any Newsris bot posts is general information compiled from public sources. None of it constitutes investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, immigration counsel, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You are expected to independently verify any information and consult qualified professionals before acting on it.

4. Per-bot risk callouts

Trumpris. Posts mirror Truth Social activity. Not financial advice. Market signals decay fast; alerts may be late, missed, or misinterpreted by language models. You trade at your own risk.

Worksris. Posts cover layoff news from public press. Not a comprehensive layoff registry — “no fire” does not mean “no layoffs happened.” Severity, follow-on, and pivot guidance are opinions generated by language models and are not personal career advice.

Visaris. Posts cover U.S. immigration policy news in Chinese. Not legal advice. Talk to a licensed immigration attorney for your case. Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors.

Airis. Posts cover AI industry news for technical audiences. Not an endorsement of any model, vendor, framework, or pricing. Pricing, availability, and model IDs change; verify before relying.

Inforis. Posts cover market news for trading audiences. See the dedicated Inforis terms at aiah.us/inforis/terms — those terms apply to Inforis specifically and govern the bot’s market-news output.

5. Accuracy, timeliness, and quality are NOT guaranteed

Output quality depends on factors outside our control:

  • Language-model output. Summaries are produced by automated language models which may misinterpret, omit, hallucinate, misattribute, or mis-rank information.
  • Upstream sources. Content is pulled from third-party publications, public feeds, and social platforms whose accuracy and editorial judgment are entirely their own.
  • Source reliability. Scrapers, APIs, and feeds can fail, rate-limit us, change schemas, be blocked, or return stale data. Coverage gaps, delays, and missed events are possible and expected.
  • Timing. “Within minutes” is a design goal, not a guarantee. Posts may be late, out of order, duplicated, or never delivered.

Always verify with primary sources before acting on anything a Newsris bot posts.

6. No warranties ("AS IS")

The service and all content it posts are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. No information obtained from any Newsris bot or from aiah.us/newsris creates any warranty not expressly stated in this agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAH LLC, its contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation trading losses, missed opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, employment outcomes, immigration outcomes, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, any Newsris bot, its content, or the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and remove the bot(s) from your server.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, repackage, or redistribute any bot’s output as your own commercial product.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive volumes, or otherwise overload the public infrastructure.
  • Use the bots to violate any law, infringe rights, or harass other users.
  • Misrepresent any bot’s output as your own original analysis or as financial / legal / medical advice.

9. Service availability

We may pause, restart, retire, or modify any bot at any time without notice, with or without explanation. The presence of a bot in this list today does not commit us to running it tomorrow.

10. Discord ToS

Use of any Newsris bot requires Discord. Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to all bot interactions and Discord-side data handling.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the public Newsris Discord server. Continued use of any bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions, concerns, or removal requests: support@aiah.us or DM @arisdy on Discord.
